General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

General
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) form the basis for all contracts for services between Alexander Ageev (hereinafter referred to as "Alexander Ageev Massage Therapy") and the customer. The GTC can be viewed on the website. They must be read and accepted when submitting the contact form, which means they are deemed to have been accepted. Information and orders from the contact form may be forwarded by the masseur.

health
All treatments by «Alexander Ageev» are carried out in consultation with the customer, who undertakes to provide «The Masseur» with truthful information about his or her state of health and the consequences of the treatment.

Disclaimer
If, despite expert application, consequential damage occurs that is due to a customer concealing reasons for exclusion, "The Masseur" is exempt from all liability. The same applies to damage that occurs because a reason for exclusion was not known to the customer and was not recognizable to "Alexander Ageev Massage Therapy".

Treatment
The treatment provided by «Alexander Ageev Massage Therapy» is based on the current state of knowledge. Due to differing opinions on treatment methods, no liability is accepted.

Massage time / delay
The time allocated for the massage also includes changing, making the appointment and paying. If customers arrive late for their appointment, the massage time will be shortened accordingly. In their own interest, customers are advised to be punctual.

Cancellation by «Alexander Ageev Massage Therapy»
If the massage cannot be carried out for reasons on the part of «Alexander Ageev Massage Therapy» (e.g. illness), «Alexander Ageev Massage Therapy» cannot be held liable for any damages. There is no entitlement to the massage being carried out.

Cancellation by the customer
The costs for agreed appointments that are not kept by the customer are to be borne by the customer unless the appointments were cancelled 24 hours in advance in person or by telephone. Cancellations via electronic media are only binding once they have been confirmed. If you arrive late for an appointment, the agreed treatment time will be charged in full. For online bookings and their cancellations, 8% bank fees are generally charged for refunds.

Payment terms
The price stated on the website is paid on site in cash, Twint or credit card after the service has been provided. Or directly online using various payment options including credit card, Visa Master Card, G-Pay, PayPal and others.

Coverage of supplementary insurance costs
The treatments from Alexander Ageev Massage Therapy are recognized by Swiss health insurance companies and are partially covered by supplementary insurance. Please check with your health insurance company in advance. For patients with statutory health insurance

Vouchers
Vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of issue. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.

Customer liability
If the customer causes damage to the equipment or utensils of «Alexander Ageev Massage Therapy», the customer undertakes to pay full compensation.

Confidentiality
All treatments are subject to confidentiality by «Alexander Ageev Massage Therapy».

Data protection
Any health information provided will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Customer data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
All disputes arising from a contract between «Alexander Ageev Massage Therapy» and a customer are subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Schwyz.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions
«Alexander Ageev Massage Therapy» reserves the right to adapt and change the General Terms and Conditions at any time. The version of the General Terms and Conditions valid at the time the contract is concluded is decisive.
